Standard shipping (NZ & Australia):

Shipping times are 3-5 days once dispatched. There could be some delays due to the Covid-19 situation, however we aim to deliver earlier than that time-frame. A tracking link will be  automatically emailed for up to date delivery information. Each product at LUCKE has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description 

Express shipping (Overnight delivery):

Jump the queue and ensure your order gets packed and dispatched ahead of the pack for $10 (Sunday-Friday). Your order will be prioritised by a dedicated team member for packing and dispatch in record time. Please note, delivery is via CourierPost standard delivery - signature required (not express delivery). This option is great during sale and holiday periods!

Signature required delivery:
Signature required delivery is free and can be selected at checkout. This option is recommended if you don't want Courier Post to leave your parcel unattended and is recommend for high-value items.

Neither Courier Post nor LUCKE is liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after delivery. Select non-signature at your own risk.

Authority to leave - please note, if you or someone at the delivery address has previously given authority to leave parcels, Courier Post may deliver your parcel without a signature.

Custom orders

The lead time for custom order is typically 3 weeks.
