Q: How do access my company's collection?

A: Click the Account Icon at the top of our website’s header (next to the search icon). Log in to your account, which will take you to your account dashboard. From there, you will find a button to browse your company’s collection.

Q: Why am I having trouble logging in?

A: Double check the spelling of your email address and password. If you continue to experience issues, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. If the problem persists, contact our support team for assistance.

Q: How do I reset my password?

A: Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Q: What should I do if I don’t receive the password reset email?

A: Check your spam or junk folder. Try click reset password again. If you still haven’t received the email, contact our support team at partners@luckeapparel.com.


Q: How can I update my account information?

A: Once logged in, click on the ‘person icon’ in the top right-hand side of the menu. From there, you can update your information.
